Berl Stein
President
Berl Stein has been involved in plating technology since 1977, and in precision electroforming since 1989. A Chemical Engineer by education, Berl is always ready to share his expertise - he has to his name a few patents and numerous technical papers. Berl often presents talks at conferences and training seminars. In his free time Berl plays table tennis, rides his electric scooter, and snaps digital pictures. Email Berl

Joe Jachlewski
Vice President, Business Development
With a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and a Master's in Mechanical Engineering, Joe came to NiCoForm in June of 2005. Initially responsible for the design and production of catheter tip forming dies, microfluidic and complex 3-D electroforms, Joe has since become involved in every product line. He leads development efforts for new products and applications. In his free time, Joe plays volleyball and golf, brews (and consumes) his own beer, and occasionally dazzles us with his culinary exploits. Email Joe

Richard Kraynik
Director of Engineering
With a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology and 15 years of hands-on tool and die making experience, Richard leads NiCoForm's engineering group, designs bellows and cold shields and oversees laser cutting and welding operations. When not at work, Richard spends time with his wife and their teenage daughter, plays volleyball and enjoys golf. Email Richard

John Contino
Vice President of Operations
John Contino holds degrees in physics, engineering, and education, and has 15+ years of electroforming experience. Based on his broad experience, John manages our internal operations, provides engineering support, does design work, and leads the nickel phosphorus project. When not playing music with friends, John is riding his motorcycle and spends time with his children. Email John

Ashton Jenkins
Office Administrator
In February of 2023, Ashton joined NiCoForm as an Administrative Assistant. After the Office Manager’s retirement, Ashton took over many of her duties and supports each department as NiCoForm’s Office Administrator. In his spare time, Ashton plays pickleball with his family and friends, draws, and plays the piano. Email Ashton
